Session Overview
Finding new donors is increasingly more difficult, so it is crucial that organizations hold on to their existing donors. The key to retention is building relationships but since resources are scarce, organizations must identify and invest in their most passionate supporters. Blackbaud’s Chief Scientist, Chuck Longfield, will show data supporting these trends and describe business practices that can help organizations implement these strategies.
